Notification permission


Why do I need to enable Notification permission ?

You need to enable the Notification permission so that you can see the Caller ID as well as the call and SMS alerts without delays and also enable all our functions that will work optimally.

How to enable Notification permission ?

1) Please log in to your Android device settings and log into ‘Apps & notifications’ (as shown in the first photo)
2) Please go to the bottom of the screen (you may be required to click on ‘Advance’ as shown in the second photo) and enter the ‘Special app access’ (as shown in the third photo)
3) Please enter ‘Notification access’ (as shown in the fourth photo) then give CallApp this permission (as shown in the fifth photo).
